ROBINWOOD 2023

Monday: We have all arrived safely at our home for the next three days. After a lovely walk through the showers from the coach park to Robinwood Centre we met our instructors, listened carefully to our induction and safety chat, were allocated our rooms and then had our lunch. This set us up nicely for the day’s activities. Lake Group started with archery, moving on to the exciting Challenge Course, caving  and finally experienced the fun of raft building. Meanwhile, Rapids Group began their adventure on the zip wire, moving on to the enormous climbing wall, night line and finishing the day’s activities on the trapeze. Finally the children enjoyed a range of team challenge games followed by hot chocolate for supper. A great day .

Tuesday: The rain today did not dampen the spirits of Lake and Rapid teams. The children have participated in a host of exciting activities ranging from; canoeing, climbing, piranha pool, challenge course, raft building and giant swing. Everyone has tried incredibly hard to push themselves to develop confidence, perseverance, resilience and communication with each other. Another busy, brilliant day .
